There are three options available to companies – voluntary, company paid and individual.

  • VOLUNTARY SCHEMES only require the company to set up a payroll deduction facility for WHA subscriptions. Employees can enrol as members of one of our standard schemes which start at as little as £1.45 a week. There is no cost to your company.

  • COMPANY PAID SCHEMES are becoming increasingly popular. Companies can choose to pay for all of their employees to be members of one of our standard schemes or, for employers with more than 50 employees, we can design tailor-made packages of benefits to suit particular needs. WHA’s tailor-made schemes start at as little as 65p per employee per week. (details on request)

  • INDIVIDUAL SCHEMES are suitable for companies which would like to offer their staff the opportunity to become members of WHA but decide that neither voluntary schemes nor company paid schemes are suitable for their particular circumstances.

    WHA has been providing health schemes for over 50 years. Currently more than 300 employers offer one of our membership options to their employees. WHA’s schemes are available to all employers – from the largest to the smallest. WHA is authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority and is covered by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme.
