Joining is easy all you have to do is download and complete the form from the link below and send it to WHA’s Cardiff office. We will send you an acknowledgement of your membership and collect your chosen payment from your bank account each month.

You don’t have to have a medical examination before you join but we will not pay benefit for medical conditions which exist before the date on which your membership starts.
